As an integral member of the Food & Beverage team, you will communicate with servers and bartenders to ensure quick delivery of orders while upholding the highest service standards. Your efficiency and attention to detail will contribute to a seamless experience for our guests who are immersed in the action.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide rapid delivery of food and drinks to fans
• Monitor the seating area following Smart Serve practices
• Engage with customers to provide informed service
• Keep the work area clean and well-organized
• Abide by all health and safety policies set by MLSE
Requirements:
• Smart Serve certification is necessary
• Must be at least the legal age for serving alcohol
• Previous experience in food service is a plus
• Exceptional communication and detail orientation
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including events
