Job Description:
- Assist Baker in preparing dough for bread, rolls and sweet goods according to Portuguese recipes
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Ensure quality of baked products meets our standards
- Assist in placing orders for baking supplies
- Assist in determining type and quantity of breads to be baked
Employment Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience as an apprentice baker with specialization in Portuguese breads and sweet goods
- knowledge of food production methods
- the ability to work well with your hands
- to be thorough and pay attention to detail

- the ability to use your initiative
- the ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
