Supported Lifestyles is looking for a dedicated Youth Disability Advocate to join a caring, diverse team. In this role, you'll provide vital support to enhance the skills and independence of children and youth. Responsibilities include delivering behavioral support, assisting with personal care, and fostering community integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support youth in residential homes and community activities
• Implement and monitor individual care plans
• Assist with daily living tasks, including hygiene and cooking




• Document client progress and maintain records
• Provide crisis support and de-escalation when necessary
Requirements:
• Background in working with youth with disabilities is preferred
• Relevant education in Human Services or Social Work is an asset
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License is a plus
• Current First Aid/CPR certification is desirable
• Solid communication and teamwork skills
