Key Responsibilities:
• Stay at the kettle for entire shifts
• Respond to donor questions about programs
• Maintain a well-groomed and qualified appearance
• Secure donations with minimal supervision
• Follow Salvation Army policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Up to one year of customer service experience
• Money handling experience preferred
• Ability to lift Kettle equipment up to 25 lbs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
