Impact Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Property Accountant for a leading Canadian real estate organization, overseeing full-cycle property accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties, reporting to Accounting Manager. You will partner with property management, leasing, legal, and corporate accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting, prepare monthly close, variances, and year-end statements under IFRS or ASPE.
