Are you detailed orientated with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate join our team! Full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Retail Sales
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently; invoicing
- Provide outstanding customer service support to customers
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Learn to measure and fit clients for compression garments including stockings, sleeves, wraps, and custom garments
- Conduct in home appointments and measurements
- Educate clients on garment use, donning and doffing techniques, and garment care
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up with clients
- Maintain accurate client records and measurements




- Assist with showroom sales and customer service
- Participate in community outreach, clinics, and educational events

Requirements

- Must have valid Class 5 Drivers Licence
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must fluently speak, read and write English
- Comfortable travelling throughout Regina and surrounding areas (if needed)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Skilled appearance and compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sales experience considered an asset
- Experience in healthcare, medical office administration or customer service is considered an asset
- Willingness to complete compression garment fitting certification training and on going training.
- Previous experience in sales a plus

Starting wage DOE $18-20 per hour
