In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding beverage service while ensuring responsible alcohol service through Smart Serve certification. Your responsibilities include monitoring inventory, preparing the bar for service, and being an ambassador for our venues. You'll adapt to various service functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver beverage service to guests responsibly
• Monitor compliance with MLSE and AGCO guidelines
• Prepare the bar and manage inventory
• Provide friendly and informed responses to guests
• Comply with Health & Safety policies
Requirements:
• Smart Serve certification is required
• Must be available for various shifts including holidays
• Prior bussing experience is an advantage
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and manage multiple tasks
