Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Parts Shipper and Receiver to join our team at CSN Turpin Capital Collision.

Key Responsibilities

- Inform Parts suppliers about the parts policy
- Mirror Match parts to ensure proper delivery
- Carefully verify part accuracy and/or freight damages. Billing all labour credits or returns accordingly.
- Inform the Production Manager immediately when damaged or inaccurate parts are received so it is reordered.
- Label each part with the appropriate repair order number or part label to simplify the identification and return process when necessary.
- Store parts in appropriate storage areas until the production manager asks for them to be delivered to the technician
- Fill andidentify parts cart according to standard and deliver to technicians when required
- Maintain a complete inventory of the necessary nuts, bolts, clips, fasteners, and specialty items
- Conduct regularmaintenance of the parts room in a neat, clean and organized manner
- Daily check of all returns, deliveries, and back ordered parts
- Maintain company and OEM quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient operations

Qualifications & Requirements

- 1 year experience with automotive parts is preferred




- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Physical requirements: bending and lifting
