The organization values leadership, accountability, and strong team culture, and is looking for someone who can independently lead projects while contributing to the continued growth and operational success of the business.Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000+ depending on experienceRole SummaryThe Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multi-family and mid-rise construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This individual will manage schedules, budgets, consultants, subtrades, client relationships, and internal project teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and on budget.The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy and provide leadership across all phases of construction.Core ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership & ExecutionLead full-cycle construction management of mid-rise and multi-family residential projectsOversee all project phases including:Pre-construction planningBudgeting and cost controlScheduling and procurementConstruction executionProject closeout and turnoverManage project financial performance including forecasting, change orders, cost tracking, and reportingEnsure adherence to schedules, contract requirements, and quality standardsIdentify and proactively mitigate project risks, delays, and cost impactsCoordinate closely with site superintendents, consultants, ownership groups, and subcontractorsConstruction & Operational OversightProvide leadership to project teams and support field operationsDrive accountability across trades, consultants,
