Experience is advantageous but not mandatory, as they offer training for the right candidates. The position requires adaptability for shifts, including daytime, evenings, and awake nights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist adults with intellectual disabilities in daily tasks
• Participate in recreational and social support activities
• Document interactions and client progress diligently
• Work flexible shifts including weekends
• Ensure positive, supportive environments for clients
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 education required
• Reliable Saskatchewan class 5 driver's license
• Clean vulnerable sector criminal record check
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to acquire
• Experience in areas of disability service is beneficial
