Job Overview

Part‑Time Sales Associate – Toronto Premium Outlets. Provide exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, develop product knowledge, and support store operations.

Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with shoppers.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals set by the Store Manager.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of merchandise and maintain up‑to‑date product expertise.
- Merchandise products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and professionally presented.
- Follow all security and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Perform watch servicing tasks, including sizing and battery changes.
- Assist with additional store tasks as needed.

Qualifications

- Robust selling skills with experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, or luxury retail.




- Commitment to exceptional customer service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and store objectives.
