As a Volunteer Group Leader with Girl Guides, you will create an inviting space for girls to learn and grow. You’ll be responsible for organizing regular meetings and community service events, ensuring a diverse and engaging approach to activities. Your support will help foster cooperation and confidence, enabling girls to express their ideas and thoughts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate weekly engaging meetings and activities
• Plan and organize community service events
• Promote inclusivity and safety within the program




• Handle administration tasks related to unit operations
• Communicate effectively with girls and parents
Requirements:
• Must meet the age of majority in Ontario
• Complete background checks as required
• Participate in safety and administrative training
• Commit to 3-5 hours weekly and additional events
• Encourage diverse and creative approaches to activities
