This role combines community research with event planning. You'll assess key demographics and needs, build partnerships, and organize outreach events that resonate with the community. Your analytical skills will be crucial in tracking the success and impact of outreach initiatives and reporting to management on findings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to assess community engagement
• Establish solid relationships with local stakeholders
• Organize, promote, and execute outreach events
• Collect and analyze data from community engagements
• Ensure compliance with requirements and policies
Requirements:
• Degree in Community Development or related subject
• Experience in outreach, event management, or similar roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competency in logistics and event planning
• Ability to analyze and interpret community data
