As a Host, your focus will be on delivering friendly service and maintaining our cleanliness standards. You will work directly with members to enhance their experience, assist them with memberships, and educate them about club amenities. You will communicate with management regarding any service issues to uphold our standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to club cleanliness standards and guidelines
• Provide warm greetings and service to all club visitors
• Promote membership options and amenities available




• Identify and report cleanliness shortcomings
• Support members in experiencing automated club options
Requirements:
• Must have a High School diploma or currently pursuing one
• At least 1 year of experience in teamwork or volunteering
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Certified in WHMIS and First Aid, CPR-A & AED
• Able to perform under pressure while remaining calm
