GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Motivator) in Whitby, Canada. The role greets Members, checks them in, assists with memberships, and answers calls to book appointments. You will help Members with questions about FitFix, cardio machines, and services, while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
The position requires exceptional customer service, solid communication, and sales experience. CPR-A & AED and Smart Tan certification within 3 months are preferred.
