As part of the British Swim School team, you will provide swim lessons to individuals starting from 3 months old. This position includes hours during evenings and weekends, ideal for those passionate about swimming and community involvement. You will receive extensive training to build your skills in working with various swim levels and abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach swim lessons in accordance with our curriculum
• Work under the guidance of the Aquatics Leader
• Ensure a protected and engaging learning atmosphere
• Maintain professional certifications during employment
• Remain in the water for long periods during lessons
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Enthusiastic personality with water comfort
• Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED certifications required
• Experience with children is beneficial but not necessary
• Strong swimming skills are advantageous but trainable
