In this position, you’ll lead patients from check-in through their visit, conduct pre-testing, and assist with frame selections based on lifestyle needs. Your responsibilities will also include interpreting prescriptions and managing patient billing, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients and manage check-in and check-out
• Perform comprehensive pre-testing for patients
• Educate on eyewear options and assist in selections
• Interpret prescriptions accurately for fittings
• Handle billing and payments for patients and insurers
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant optical experience
• Preferred CCOA designation
• Proficient in MS Office and tech-savvy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic setting
