Join the team at Oxford Learning York Mills as a Client Services Coordinator and support student success. This full-time, in-person position focuses on management and communication with families and students.
As the Client Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in nurturing students' academic journeys through hands-on support and coordination. You'll manage student schedules, oversee educational assessments, and ensure that the Oxford Learning philosophy is embraced throughout the center. This is a unique opportunity to foster a welcoming environment that inspires confidence in students and aids them in achieving their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inform families about Oxford Learning educational offerings
• Organize and manage student and staff schedules




• Administer assessments to evaluate student progress
• Liaise with community organizations and parents
• Cultivate a fun learning environment daily
Requirements:
• University degree with relevant coursework preferred
• Experience in educational environments
• Solid computer and communication skills
• Experience with billing cycles is valued
• Additional languages spoken are a plus
