Oxford Learning Blainville is looking for dedicated part-time Math Tutors to work with high school students. Utilize your math expertise to help them succeed academically in a friendly setting.
This role at Oxford Learning allows tutors to focus on teaching math to students in Grades 7-11 without lesson planning. You’ll be responsible for assisting multiple students during evening sessions or Saturdays, contributing to their academic success. Enjoy comprehensive training in our methodologies, designed to build efficacy and confidence in students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach and support up to three students at once
• Adhere to Oxford Learning's established teaching methods
• Complete daily updates on student communication




• Provide one-on-one guidance in math and science topics
• Foster a warm and professional tutoring atmosphere
Requirements:
• CEGEP or Bachelor’s degree, or studying in a related field
• Some experience teaching or tutoring math/science
• Robust knowledge of Grades 7-11 curriculum functions
• Effective communication and multitasking abilities
• Available evenings and Saturdays for tutoring
