Previous experience running a top-hammer hydraulic rock drill, excavator, and other heavy equipment Knowledge of care and maintenance of drill, excavator Must possess a valid Driver’s License Must be a team player with great communication skills, who is eager to learn Able to lift heavy loads and be prepared for frequent strenuous activity Must be willing and able to work in all elements (heat, cold, wind, rain) Willingness to work out of town for periods of time Safety consciousness Team-oriented, but able to work alone Knowledge of an assortment of tools and equipment is an asset Employment is conditional upon satisfactory background screening
