Job requirements

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Duties

- Prepare dough and batter, and bake various pastry and bread items in the oven
- Develop and manage a production schedule, setting daily quotas for optimal output
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work area in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor the quality of all baked goods, ensuring they meet established standards and are appropriately stored and packaged
- Operate and oversee the maintenance of baking equipment and machinery to guarantee smooth production processes
