River Oaks Golf Course is located 5 km south of Winnipeg off of Waverly St.

Position to be filled: Full Time (Start ASAP until the end of October)

Duties

Duties: All aspects related to the maintenance of the golf course, which include:

- Greens, tees, fairways, and rough mowing
- Bunker maintenance
- Push mowing
- Trimming/weeding
- Sodding
- And all other jobs required by the superintendent or assistant superintendent

Qualifications

Qualifications: The successful candidate will be self-motivated, dedicated, reliable, and organized.

- Previous experience in the field is an asset
- Fundamental understanding of the game of golf is an asset
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently with others as well as by yourself
- Must have valid driver’s license

- Must be able to work early mornings (Start time 6am but will be moving to when the sunrises)
- Must be willing to work in all weather conditions (Rain or Shine)
- Must understand that the job is physically demanding
