We are looking for a hardworking, reliable and proactive person to support skilled tradespeople and help keep construction and restoration sites running smoothly. The role involves general site duties, working independently and maintaining high standards in occupied residential and commercial properties.

Key responsibilities

- Assist tradespeople with day-to-day site activities
- Prepare work areas and maintain clean, organised workspaces
- Load, unload and move materials and equipment
- Carry out demolition, strip-out, clearance and waste removal work
- Support fire, flood and escape-of-water reinstatement projects
- Protect clients’ properties and maintain excellent housekeeping standards
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Assist with deliveries, collections and site logistics
- Identify tasks that need attention and use initiative to complete them
- Work professionally and respectfully around clients and homeowners
