Fueling Brains Education Services seeks a full time Brain Development Technician in Calgary. This position centers on implementing individualized interventions to support the development of children with diverse needs.
You will engage directly with children, educators, and therapists to facilitate therapeutic and educational activities tailored to enhance communication, social-emotional learning, and independence. Recording progress and adapting strategies based on individual needs are critical aspects of this role. We seek candidates who are enthusiastic and skilled in building positive relationships with children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support based on each child’s intervention plan
• Collaborate with educational professionals and families




• Actively monitor and document children's developmental progress
• Encourage positive interactions and emotional regulation
• Assist in classroom organization and preparation
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of experience in child development settings
• Diploma or certificate in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration ability
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification is a plus
• Reliable transportation and current background checks needed
