Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in Innisfil, ON. The Professional Home/Office & Airbnb Cleaner will be responsible for detailed cleaning of residential homes, offices, and short-term rentals, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and garbage and recycling removal. The role includes preparing Airbnbs for guest check-in and turnover, such as changing linens, making beds, restocking supplies, and ensuring spaces are guest-ready and presentable. Daily tasks also involve organizing spaces, reporting maintenance issues, following health and safety protocols, and adhering to company standards and checklists.



The cleaner will travel between client locations in and around Innisfil, manage time effectively, and maintain professional communication with the scheduling team and clients.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in residential, office, or Airbnb/short-term rental cleaning, with strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Ability to follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and quality standards, including proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
- Robust time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple locations in a day.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites in and around Innisfil, ON, and willingness to work flexible part-time hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
- Professional, courteous communication skills and a customer-focused attitude when interacting with clients and team members.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, lifting moderate weights, and moving equipment or supplies.
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; background checks may be required.
