PetroChina Canada is seeking a Talent Development Analyst to join the HR & Communications team in Calgary. You will manage the Learning Management System (LMS), configure performance processes, and coordinate training logistics for both in-class and virtual sessions. Reporting to the Lead, Talent Development, you will support employee development initiatives, track completion and drive improvements to training programs within PCC's knowledge centre.
