You will handle cases via email or phone, assist with software configuration, upgrades, and related tasks, and provide remote support. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or diploma in electronics/engineering or information systems, with SCADA/OMS/DMS knowledge as a plus, robust TCP/IP, Windows, SQL Server, IIS, and fluent English.
