We are seeking a dedicated YPHD Programmer for full-time or part-time contracts from September 2026 to June 2027. You will implement developmentally appropriate activities that align with YMCA policies and promote children's physical, social, and emotional well-being. This rewarding position involves monitoring children's safety and fostering relationships with families and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement engaging developmental programs
• Create inclusive indoor and outdoor learning environments




• Use various teaching strategies to support child development
• Maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere through supervision
• Complete attendance and documentation timely
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of childcare experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification required
