If you understand the importance of Health & Safety, sanitation and cleanliness, we want to hear from you.What You Will Be Doing:Ability to use and operate industrial and or heavy cleaning machines and equipment; some are but not limited to: scrubbing and sweeping machines, carpet extractors, leaf blowers, pressure washers etc. is RequiredAbility to working outside in all weather conditions is requiredDisinfecting all high touch point areasCleaning building common areas, hallways, lobbies, bathrooms, kitchen etc.Collect and dispose of trash in garbage containers on a regular basisSpot cleaning walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches and window sills, door glassScrubbing, mopping, heavy sweeping, cleaning of light fixtures and replacing bulbs, and general maintenance duties confined under the Janitorial IndustryEnhanced cleaning as per work orders when requested by clientsAdditional tasks assigned by ManagerYou have:Experience with heavy cleaning machinery is preferredMotivation and a willingness to work + learnStrong time management skills in order to ensure all work is completed by the end of shiftAbility to take initiative to determine and complete necessary tasks, even with minimal supervisionPhysically able to reach, stretch, bend,
