YOUR DNA Hold a DEC or a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant fields; Hold a minimum of 3 years of management experience in the construction or manufacturing field; Bilingualism: frequency daily, intermediate level because must communicate with colleagues and clients; Have a valid driver’s license and be mobile; Proficiency in the office suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook); Be organized and excel at planning your time; Demonstrate leadership and autonomy; Possess strong negotiation skills.
