As part of Azhadi Vineyards' cellar team, this role requires energetic individuals willing to engage fully during the harvest. Key responsibilities include sorting, crushing, and processing grapes, as well as monitoring fermentations. An aptitude for detail and a hardworking spirit are vital for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and weigh incoming grapes with accuracy
• Sort and crush fruit to prepare for fermentation
• Conduct pump-overs and punch-downs thoroughly
• Maintain the sanitation of equipment and space
• Support team with tank and press operations
Requirements:
• Must lift up to 50 lbs safely
• Versatile availability for evening and weekend shifts
• Learn to operate forklift and skid steer
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada essential
• Transportation to the winery required
