About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account & Technical Support Co-op / Intern to support our VivaCitadel platform.

This role is perfect for someone interested in customer experience, technology, and problem-solving. You’ll work closely with our team to support clients, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

Technical Support (Tier 1)

- Respond to client inquiries and support requests
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team members

Account Support





- Assist with client onboarding and setup
- Maintain client records and documentation
- Support ongoing client communication

Operations Support

- Help track usage, feedback, and engagement
- Assist with internal documentation and process improvements

What We're Looking For

- Background in or currently enrolled in a post-secondary program related to Business, Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable learning recent software tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Nice to Have

- Experience in customer support or client-facing roles
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Interest in SaaS or software platforms
- Experience with Google Workspace and Sites
