In this permanent, unionized role, you'll work closely with customers to manage parts requirements and deliveries. This position includes hands-on inventory management and communication with customers about order updates. You will also complete safety assessments and partake in ongoing training and development sessions.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage on-site parts inventory accurately • Ensure timely parts delivery and order updates • Participate in team meetings and development initiatives • Attend to parts-related projects and support tasks • Source and manage non-Caterpillar parts as needed
Requirements: • Journeyperson Parts Technician Certification preferred • Experience in parts sales and customer support necessary • Solid computer skills across multiple platforms • Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence required • Able to meet safety and site access requirements
