Future Opening: Client Relationship Associate

Position Overview : At Maria Pecorella’s Desjardins Insurance Agency, our mission is to build strong, lasting, and trusted relationships by guiding clients and business owners through every stage of their financial and insurance needs. We are seeking a Client Relationship Associate who excels at communicating with clients and creating exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will proactively connect with clients to look for gaps in their insurance program, schedule appointments (in‑office, by phone, Teams, or Zoom), and help ensure their insurance and financial protection programs remain current and aligned with their needs. This position offers excellent growth potential for individuals interested in developing a meaningful career in the insurance and financial services industry.

Responsibilities

- Proactively reach out to clients by phone and email to uncover gaps in their coverage, pivot the conversation to explore additional protection opportunities, and book review appointments.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with regular follow‑up.
- Update client information and accurately document all interactions.
- Educate clients on insurance and financial service solutions.
- Assist clients with digital access and promote optimized online account management.

Qualifications

- Recent college or university graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 3 years of customer service or sales experience is an asset.
- Ability to communicate in a second language is a valued asset.




- Must be able to obtain required insurance licenses (if not already licensed).

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
