Internship dates : January 5th to April 23rd, 2027

Location: The position is based at our Longueuil location; internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively in office.

What will your day-to-day look like?

This internship will allow you to explore several aspects of human resources while truly contributing to the success of the talent management team. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and organized person with sting communication skills who wants to contribute to the Talent Management Centre objectives.

Typical daily activities may include:

- Support the team in several projects related to employee engagement and experience, notably through employee surveys;
- Implement talent management processes that align with the company's strategies and global talent management practices;
- Support HR business partners in identifying activities related to leadership development, training, and employee development.

What do you need to be successful?

- Be eligible to work in Canada
- Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship




- Be able to work in office in the province where you are hired if applicable
- Pursuing a degree in marketing, commerce, or human resources.

Although this position is part of a French-speaking work setting, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
