Lease Administrator, Operations, ContractBurlington, ON, Canada (Hybrid)Job DescriptionAs aLease Administratorwithin the Lease Adjustments department, you can expect to work collaboratively with a team of about 6 colleagues on completing retail transactions system adjustments, system audits and reporting. You will be ensuring that all lease and loan contract adjustments are accurately completed, consistent with credit, system, and authority matrix requirements. Responsible for exercising adherence to: credit and matrix authorizations, system rules, and corporate policies to ensure the accurate completion of adjustments while meeting customer expected turnaround-timing commitments.Day to dayResponsible for the accurate and timely updates of all necessary information in DLL’s back end system. Relating to financial adjustments (Including but not limited to):Add-on’sRestructuresAssignments and AssumptionsAddress changes and any necessary tax changesCredit and Re-billsResponsible for the accurate and timely updates of all necessary information in DLL’s back end system.
