Administrative Coordinator
for our client in Grande Prairie, AB. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting operational teams. Reporting to the Senior Field Business Technician, you will provide day-to-day administrative support, coordinate communications, maintain documentation, and assist with various operational and business processes. You will be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build strong relationships across departments. This position is based in the

Administrative Support
Prepare and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and departmental documentation. Assist with the development and distribution of communication plans and internal communications. Update and maintain procedures, manuals, organizational charts, handbooks, and monitoring guides. Support various administrative projects and day-to-day office operations. Reception & Office Coordination
Provide professional front-desk reception services and greet visitors. Respond to and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries. Coordinate office activities and support employee requests. Maintain office supplies and coordinate service requests for office equipment. Communication & Stakeholder Support
Serve as a key communication contact within the department, distributing information through Outlook, MS Teams, SharePoint, bulletin boards, and other channels. Build effective working relationships with internal departments and business partners. Assist with processing invoices, requisitions, and administrative requests. Systems & Records Management
Maintain accurate records and documentation. Assist with technology and office equipment troubleshooting requests. Support document management and reporting activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and health, safety, and environmental requirements. Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 2 years of administrative, office support, receptionist, or coordinator experience. Administrative Assistant, Office Administration, or Business diploma is considered an asset. Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Experience with SAP is considered an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Professional, confidential, and detail-oriented. Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
