Engage with customers as a Food Sampling Brand Ambassador for Mosaic Sales Solutions in Sobeys. This part-time role focuses on product promotion and customer interactions during scheduled shifts.
As part of the Mosaic team, you'll work Thursdays through Sundays, promoting products and offering delicious samples to shoppers. Prior to your first shift, comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you are well-equipped to engage customers effectively. Your ability to meet targets while delivering exceptional service will be crucial for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote products and provide samples to shoppers
• Share product information and address customer inquiries
• Achieve sampling targets during interactions
• Prepare food and beverage samples for customers
• Set up and maintain organized sampling stations
Requirements:
• Valid Smart Serve and Food Handler Certifications
• Availability Thursday to Sunday
• Experience in customer service or retail preferred
• Access to a car for travel if needed
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
