You will assist guests using the AEO Selling Model and will be flexible across different store areas including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Fitting Room. Drive brand loyalty by sharing information about our loyalty program and products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with a friendly demeanor using AEO Selling Model
• Educate shoppers about AE & Aerie products thoroughly
• Introduce and explain the AEO loyalty program
• Flex between areas to meet guest needs effectively
• Resolve any customer issues while following AEO policies
Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Retail experience is helpful but not mandatory
• Enjoys multitasking in a quick-paced retail environment
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Love for AE and Aerie merchandise is essential
