Part-time Education Coordinator Wanted

Join Oxford Learning Markham South as an Education Coordinator and help students of all ages achieve academic success. This in-person role supports students, parents, and staff in a supportive, dynamic classroom setting.

Job Details

Location: Markham, Ontario (must reside within a short commute)

Job Type: Part-time | Salary: $19/hour (probationary)

Responsibilities

- Inform parents about Oxford Learning programs and answer queries
- Organize schedules for students, staff, and teachers
- Set up and administer assessments
- Establish and oversee student learning programs
- Coordinate with community members (schools, sports teams, local businesses)
- Maintain contact with parents and discuss student progress
- Ensure adherence to the Oxford Learning philosophy across the centre
- Create a fun and energetic learning environment daily
- Master the Oxford Learning Teaching philosophy and coach other teaching staff

Qualifications

Education





- Minimum university degree (credits in Social Sciences, Languages, Math, or Business preferred)
- Strong secondary school mathematics skills an asset
- Additional language(s) spoken an asset

Experience

- Experience in an educational environment with medium to large student bodies
- Experience in a business environment an asset
- Familiarity with billing cycles required
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, online communication apps)
- Strong phone skills and customer service experience (sales experience preferred)
