As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Job Description

This position focuses on delivering an exceptional in‑store experience for guests through the AEO Selling Model, product expertise, and brand advocacy. You will adapt to various store zones and support team operations while upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Your Responsibilities

- Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friend‑first mindset.
- Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored product suggestions.
- Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
- Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
- Assist teammates to get the job done.
- Adhere to AEO policies, procedures, and maintain integrity.

- You are available to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
- You love AE and Aerie products.
- You have prior retail experience.
- You are at least 16 years old.
