Central Office (77 Bloor St. West)Part-time (24 hours per week)In-office work environmentAs the leading high-end menswear retailer in Canada, Harry Rosen has an exciting opportunity for a Brand & Events Intern to support the execution of brand campaigns, in-store activations, and experiential marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to key brand moments and client-facing experiences that reinforce Harry Rosen’s positioning and elevate engagement across channels. Working within a dynamic, agile environment, this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, PR, Partnerships, Product & Trade marketing, Media, and Merchandising teams to help bring brand initiatives to life. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and interest in experiential marketing and brand storytelling.Responsibilities will include:Support the planning and execution of brand and events strategy, in-store events, brand activations, and seasonal marketing initiativesAssist with coordination of event logistics including timelines, materials, invitations, and guest trackingSupport development of briefing documents, presentations,
and internal communications for brand initiativesAssist with coordination across internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign deliverablesSupport the preparation of signage, event assets, and experience touchpointsAssist in tracking campaign timelines and maintaining marketing calendarsConduct research on competitors, partnerships, and experiential trends to support campaign developmentSupport post-event recaps including feedback collection and opportunities for improvementProvide on-site support during events and brand experiences as neededOther duties and projects as assignedRequirements:Currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing, Communications, Event, Fashion, or related program with a formal internship/co-op requirementStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentProficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Asana is an assetAttention to detail and ability to respond quickly to changing prioritiesInterest in experiential marketing, event, retail environments, and brand strategyKnowledge of the fashion/retail industry is an assetCompensation: $20.00 per hourHarry Rosen Inc. is committed to ensuring that our setting is barrier-free to all persons, employees, and clients alike, as we believe in equal opportunity and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
