Compensation $22/hour base pay + tips Tips are estimated to add approximately $5-$15/hour during the fall and winter, bringing typical total earnings to around $28-$38/hour. During our busy summer season, tips can reach an additional $20/hour, creating significant earning potential for someone who stays with us longer term.
