The Flex Sales Associate (Part‑time) will be the ultimate Pandora fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our customers.

Flexible schedule: Supports store operations during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches) with the flexibility to work 4 hours per month during slower periods up to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.

Note: An assessment will be required upon application submission.

Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high‑traffic periods such as promotions or product launches.

- Work comfortably within a variable schedule that may include periods with few or no hours and increased availability during peak times.

Qualifications

- Results‑oriented seller with a proven track record of sales success.
- Developed communication skills, both written and verbal, displaying care and empathy.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
- Minimum 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Comfortable with a versatile work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.
- Experience with flexible schedules ranging from a few hours a month during slower periods to roughly 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
- Reliable, stepping in during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Compensation

C$17.00 – C$21.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
