and repairsPerform regular equipment preventive maintenance to ensure production capacity and qualityMonitor waste production streamsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaThe successful candidate will possess:1+ years? experience in a food manufacturing environmentDemonstrated ability to comprehend complex systems, equipment, and processesAvailable to work 10 and 12 hour shifts on a 24 hour, 7 day per week rotating scheduleThe ability to work alone on night and weekend shifts is requiredThe ability to work in varying temperaturesThe ability to lift and carry up to 25kgs, walk and stand on concrete for long periods of time (with breaks), and be comfortable with heightsA strong work ethic with the ability to maintain an excellent attendance recordA positive, cooperative attitude and approach to workMechanical aptitudeApplicants must currently live in Canada, be legally eligible to work in Canada, and be able to speak, read, and write in English fluently.
