In this position, you will provide specialized care and support to youth with complex behavioral challenges in a group home setting. You will work closely with a dedicated Program Supervisor and aim to foster genuine connections while promoting a culture of accountability and diversity within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop supportive relationships through mentorship and positive reinforcement
• Supervise youth at home and in community activities




• Maintain records of daily activities and observations
• Participate in creating and developing care plans
• Conduct general program responsibilities including cleaning and organization
Requirements:
• Experience with youth facing complex behavioral needs
• Knowledge of mental wellness best practices
• Understanding of Trauma Informed Care principles
• Strong communication and technology skills
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License
