This permanent role, reporting to the Health and Wellness Manager, encompasses various responsibilities, including assistance with personal care and monitoring resident safety. Your expertise will ensure residents receive quality service that enhances their daily lives. Emphasizing communication and professionalism, you will foster a nurturing workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome residents and guests, addressing concerns promptly
• Assist with daily living activities like bathing and dressing
• Conduct lifestyle programs to engage residents




• Monitor communal areas for safety and tidiness
• Keep accurate records of resident interactions and needs
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent
• Personal Support Worker certification is an asset
• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare/hospitality
• Valid Class “G” driver’s license required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
