About the role This is not a sales position;

our financial counselors host pre‑scheduled appointments with members.

This is a remote role with very limited travel required.

We’re searching for financial professionals who have a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals. We provide full‑spectrum financial coaching and education, and we are specifically interested in CPAs or Tax Preparer EFILE Registered to guide members through tax planning.

What you bring to the table

4‑year degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience) as well as 5+ years experience in tax planning, personal tax prep, audits, etc.

Proven track record persuading clients to engage or upgrade to value‑added services and solutions

Motivational skills to inspire behavioral change around personal financial habits

Superlative listening skills that lead you to empathy and understanding

CPA, CFP, or comparable certifications (preferred)

A high level of skill and comfort with technology

An openness to a culture of continuous development and improvement

A willingness to support our members two evenings a week

A passion for helping people in need
