Key Responsibilities:
• Offer support in home and community settings
• Implement communication techniques to relay important information
• Deliver personal care services as needed




• Assist clients in achieving personal goals and objectives
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of client interactions
Requirements:
• Completion of a diploma in a human services program
• Experience with developmental disabilities and mental health
• Skilled in ASL or SEE communication
• Valid Class G driver's license and vehicle required
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
