Command King Air series aircraft (100/200/300/350) with a safety-first, SOP-driven mindset across multi-engine, multi-crew operations. Lead all phases of flight: performance planning, weight and balance, fuel strategy, weather/NOTAM review, and exact IFR/VFR execution. Exercise sound captaincy—make timely decisions, manage risk, and ensure regulatory compliance and high operational standards. Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to optimize on-time, efficient operations. Foster a collaborative cockpit culture; mentor crew members and model professional airmanship. Maintain meticulous flight and technical records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
